The 32-year-old interior designer was spotted getting up close and personal with billionaire developer Paul Gedoun during a breakfast date in Bondi Beach on Thursday.
The pair, who are believed to be dating, looked comfortable in each other’s company, while Paul even put his hand on her back at one point.
Paul, believed to be in his 40s, has two children, Sonny and Sienna, from a previous relationship and named his luxury label, S&S Projects, after himself in 2015.
It has specialised in luxury apartments in Queensland for the past 12 years and S&S Projects launched a massive $200 million development in Rainbow Bay last month.
In addition to his high-profile career, the luxury real estate mogul has an aviation business and a helicopter license, and is also a passionate surfer.

Jade Yarbrough made headlines this week when she appeared to debut her new relationship with a super-rich real estate developer with a very cozy outing.
The 32-year-old interior designer was spotted showing off her intimate side with billionaire developer Paul Gedoun over breakfast in Bondi Beach on Thursday.
Jade and Michael, 43, had been friends for years before they began dating and officially debuted their relationship in August 2022.
They had quite a few mutual friends and socialised in the same circles – they were initially rumoured to have been introduced by Today presenter Karl Stefanovic.
However, Karl, who is married to Jade’s sister Jasmine, later clarified that it wasn’t him who played Cupid, but rather another mutual friend.
“(Michael) had a friend who was his business partner and they met and then started getting together,” she told the Kyle and Jackie O Show when their romance first emerged.
Rumours of their romance first surfaced in July 2022 when they were spotted together at Sydney Airport, and Jade confirmed their union on Instagram the following month.
Shortly after, they went on a romantic holiday together to Europe, where they were seen partying on billionaire James Packer’s superyacht.
Going from strength to strength, they made their red carpet debut months later, in November of that year, when they looked very much in love at a Louis Vuitton event in Sydney.
During their whirlwind romance, they were frequently seen socialising with Karl, 50, and Jade’s sister Jasmine, and the group even went on luxury holidays together.
However, things surprisingly came to a head on one of their couples’ trips when Jade and Michael had a very public fight in January 2023 at a park in Noosa.
Jade previously had a high-profile romance with Michael Clarke, going public with their union in August 2022 before making her red carpet debut in November of that year (pictured).
However, things came to a head when Jade and Michael had a very public fight in January 2023 at a Noosa park in which she accused him of sleeping with his ex Pip Edwards.
At the time, a dramatic video filmed by an onlooker showed Jade accusing the Australian cricket great of sleeping with his ex-girlfriend Pip Edwards.
Footage from December 2022 showed a shirtless Michael being shouted at and slapped by Jade as he dined at a beachside restaurant in Noosa with Karl, Jasmine and accountant Anthony Bell.
Later, a repentant Michael took full responsibility for what happened.
“I am absolutely devastated to have put people I hold in the highest regard in this position. My actions in the lead up to this altercation were disgraceful and regrettable,” he told the Daily Telegraph at the time.
“I feel devastated because my actions have dragged women of class and integrity, and my colleagues, into this situation.”
Meanwhile, his ex Pip told Daily Mail Australia at the time: “This is not my circus. Once again Michael, in his true nature, has not taken responsibility for his actions and I have been blatantly lied to.”
Despite the shocking fight, the exes sparked speculation over whether they had rekindled things in the months that followed, with Jade seen leaving their home in March 2023.
However, the couple put their tumultuous relationship behind them for good in April 2023, when they went on a separate holiday to Noosa.
Jade is believed to have been single since she and Michael split, and has not made any other romances public until making headlines with Paul earlier this week.
Meanwhile, Michael went public with his new girlfriend, property guru Arabella Sherborne, just weeks ago, as the two have since moved on.
A friend of the couple confirmed to The Daily Telegraph at the time that the pair were “definitely no longer together”.
Despite their infamous feud and split, the exes “remain on friendly terms,” a rep previously told Daily Mail Australia.
