YouTube creator and Businessman Ryan Trahan, from Texas, traveled on the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express while in Europe and, for one leg, moved into the train’s most luxurious cabin.
The Grand Suite on the historic train costs more than $32,000 per night from Paris to Venice (the route Ryan took) for a single person.
And in a video documenting his majestic train journey, Ryan reveals some of the perks of the “world’s most expensive train seat.”
Entering the wood-clad private room, the 24-year-old creator shows how it includes a spacious living area, complete with a sofa and dining table.

For one of the sections, passengers were upgraded to the most luxurious cabin on the train: the Grand Suite.
Moving on to the sleeping area, the room has a double bed, which cleverly lifts up to provide storage space for luggage.
To top it off, there is a marble-clad bathroom, with a shower, a frosted window for privacy, a glass sink and an old-school toilet.
Another feature that seems to captivate Ryan is the “large” carved woodwork that adorns the headboard of the bed.
During his train ride, Ryan leaves his Grand Suite to dine in the dining car.
He captures a number of “sophisticated” dishes, including an artfully presented smoked salmon dish, and notes that all of them “taste excellent.”
As part of the personalized service, when you return to your cabin at night you will find a chocolate dessert with a message engraved on top.
However, she accidentally spills the candy and then ventures to the bar for a nightcap.
He says “everyone is dressed super fancy” as he orders a Shirley Temple and praises the pianist.
During his trip from Paris to Venice, Ryan notes that he passed through five countries, including France, Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Italy.

The next morning, Ryan is served breakfast in his suite before arriving in Venice, where he meets his father.
