A Hooters waitress has revealed the huge amount she makes in just four hours.
Maia Marie, a 23-year-old waitress, surprised her 25,000 followers on social media with the more than $450 she raised in just half a shift at the chain.
“I ended up walking out of there with $451,” Marie said in a viral TikTok video that was viewed 3.8 million times. So, in a full shift, it would probably be double that.
“This is your cue to apply to Hooters,” Marie said, waving a wad of cash in her manicured hands.
Marie said that although the restaurant was busy, she enjoyed the shift because one of her regular customers was there.

Hooters is known for its scantily clad waitresses.
“My regular customer bought me a cheesecake,” she told her viewers.
It’s well known that fans of the network are drawn to the attractive and scantily clad waitresses, as Marie’s admirer admitted.
“I’ll drive an hour out of my way because you have an amazing body, you have a great personality and I could talk to you about anything,” she was filmed saying on TikTok.
“It’s just refreshing to be able to do that.”
In a separate video, Marie talked about the pros and cons of working for the famous chain.
“A professional would be the obvious: money,” she said while wearing her classic low-cut Hooters top.
‘This job has paid my bills, my trips, my vacations.
“Another advantage would be the friendships you make. I’ve met some of the best girls working at Hooters,” she explained.
The waitress said the job has also boosted her confidence and she has fun dressing up for holidays like Halloween.
However, Marie acknowledged that being a Hooters girl has some downsides.
‘The biggest con would be the creepy men. I always knew men were weird, but when I started working at Hooters, I unlocked a whole new level.
“There are men who will make you feel really uncomfortable,” she said.
‘Another disadvantage would be that this is a job that requires you to be full of energy, and you have to be ready to do it every time you arrive.’
Hooters abruptly closed 40 locations last month as the chain struggles with declining customer numbers and rising rent and food costs.
Marie recommended others to apply to the chain while showing off her cash.

Bosses insisted the 41-year-old brand “remains very resilient and relevant” and highlighted a new range of Hooters frozen foods being sold in supermarkets across the US.
“Like many restaurants under pressure from current market conditions, Hooters has made the difficult decision to close a select number of underperforming stores,” a spokesperson told DailyMail.com.
“We look forward to continuing to serve our guests at home, on the go and in our restaurants here in the U.S. and around the world.”
According to Techonomic, Hooters will have about 300 restaurants worldwide after the closures, down from 333 in 2018.
Meanwhile, another so-called “breast restaurant” chain, Bombshells, has suffered a sharp drop in revenue.
Bombshells is a military-themed restaurant chain founded in Texas, where waitresses wear crop tops and bullet belts.
Sales at Bombshells fell 16.2 percent in the April-June quarter compared with the same period last year.
