For his court appearance, the 42-year-old actor wore a dark gray dress shirt, light wash jeans, and black and white Nike sneakers.
La Quinta police charged the troubled 42-year-old, whose blood alcohol level of 0.15 was nearly twice the legal limit, with “driving under the influence with three or more priors in the last decade,” according to TMZ.
Zachery, who posted $50,000 bail, faces up to three years in prison for alleged property damage he caused during his car accident and reportedly failed to stop to provide his name and address.
DailyMail.com previously published photos of Bryan, who started drinking when he was 14, going to Applebee’s and Amigos bars in La Quinta, California, on February 20, just three days after his arrest.
Last year, Zachery served seven days in the Lane County Jail in Eugene, Oregon, and was sentenced to 36 months of supervised probation for domestic violence against an unidentified woman on July 28.
In 2020, Bryan was sentenced to three years of probation and ordered to attend a batterer’s intervention program after being accused of domestic violence against his fiancée Johnnie Faye Cartwright at the same sheriff’s office in Oregon.
It is worrying that the Guardians of Justice actor has three young children: his daughter Kennedy, 2 years old; and twins Parker + Sequoia, 10 months, from her three-year relationship with Cartwright.

On July 28, Zachery was charged with domestic violence against an unidentified woman in Eugene, Oregon, three years after his previous arrest for domestic violence (pictured in 2020) against his fiancée Johnnie Faye Cartwright.
Zachery also had four children: twins Gemma + Taylor, 9; his daughter Jordana, 7 years old; and his 5-year-old son Pierce during his 12-year marriage to his high school sweetheart Carly Matros, who filed for divorce in 2020.

Zachery first found fame playing Tim Allen’s on-screen son, Brad Taylor, on the eight seasons of the ABC sitcom Home Improvement spanning from 1991 to 1999.
After finishing, Bryan turned to film roles and had guest cameos on television series such as Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
He has also served as an executive producer of independent films and, more recently, made a name for himself as a conservative commentator on platforms such as FOX News and The Daily Wire.
Bryan, who was born in Aurora, Colorado, also appeared in the films True Heart and The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.
