And in an upcoming interview on the Full of Grace podcast, Helen will share how she begged doctors to give her medication to “level her out” but instead it made her feel “absolutely terrible.”
In a clip from the podcast, which will be released on Friday, Helen said: “I just couldn’t face it, I felt so bad and I would feel so depressed.”
“(I would go to) the doctors and say, ‘Honestly, I feel so bad mentally before my period that I need to take something to level it out.'”

She began: “Basically, I really struggled with my mental health in December/January,” Helen began her post.
“I didn’t really feel very good mentally over Christmas and I really didn’t feel much different when I took the kids away for New Year’s. “I had a lot of difficult things that I just can’t talk about on Instagram.
