The trailer also touched on lighter topics discussed during the wide-ranging interview, including some of the cosmetic procedures Gemma has had.

She said: “I had surgery years ago, I had a designer vagina,” before jokingly adding: “But I don’t have a camel toe!”

Gemma has openly spoken about her fertility issues and previously suffered three miscarriages.

She suffered her first heartbreaking loss in 2012 and found the strength to speak publicly about it eight years later in 2020.

The reality star didn’t realize she was pregnant at the time and said the baby “died in front of her” after giving birth at her home.

Speaking on her own podcast, Gemma said: “Some shocking things have happened to me, I’m not sure I’ve talked about this before.”

“But I actually gave birth to a boy, unfortunately, and basically the boy was four months old, I basically had a miscarriage, but obviously the baby formed and died in front of me.”

“I had to go to the hospital and my mom was there. I remember my mother was very angry, I was shocked, she was angry.

“That was really a shocking moment for me. But this is what I say, I can talk about it now. Sometimes things are not meant to be.

“I’ll never forget, it was a very traumatic experience because I didn’t know I was pregnant and I literally remember waking up in severe pain and my mom was like, ‘Gemma, you have to go to the bathroom.’ and I was like, ‘Honey, this isn’t is…’

‘I mean, obviously I couldn’t describe… Look, I try to find a little entertainment in this bad situation because I think it’s probably a coping mechanism of mine, I try to laugh or see the positive side of things even though It really was like that. traumatic.

But I remember being in complete shock. I’ve been through a lot and I feel like nothing in life surprises me.

“So anything you can tell me now wouldn’t surprise me because I’ve been through a lot and I’ve dealt with a lot, but I’m grateful for those experiences because today I can sit here and pass them on to other people.”

Gemma suffered her second pregnancy loss in 2020 during the Covid pandemic.

She spoke about the disturbing incident on an episode of Loose Women, explaining: “It was really difficult for me in isolation because, as you know, with my PCOS condition, it’s not easy to get pregnant and I suffered a miscarriage which was really sad during the lockdown period.’

He added: ‘I have suffered with this for the last 10 years. I started gaining weight when I was 28, my periods were everywhere. I have suffered spontaneous abortions.

“I went through a very sad miscarriage while I was locked up. Because of PCOS, I thought I was having an unusually heavy period. In fact, I left it for 10 days.’

‘I remember thinking the month before: “Oh, my breasts look so perky!” It’s no secret lately that I’ve found my breasts the heaviest they’ve ever been in my life. I’ll be 40 this year and won’t be carrying them with me for the next decade.’

Then I thought, “Oh, maybe I won’t have surgery, I’ve been working out, maybe they’re picking up a little.” Then, 3 or 4 days after having a heavy period, I actually realize that it’s not a normal period… but I think a lot has been happening lately, maybe my body has been a little stressed.’

He explained that it was his sister-in-law who advised him to seek medical attention and continued: “For 10 days, between 9 in the morning and noon, I was going through 10 super hygienic pads.” Then it was my sister-in-law, I don’t want to be graphic, but I had to prove it to her.

“I said, ‘I don’t think this is normal.’ I called my doctor and he said, ‘You have to go straight to the hospital.’ It was very sad. But it makes me realize that potentially there is hope for me in the future.” .’

Tragically, just months later, Gemma suffered a devastating third miscarriage in July 2020 after becoming pregnant with her ex-boyfriend James Argent’s baby.

The TOWIE star opened up about her heartbreaking loss after Meghan Markle announced she had lost her second child with Prince Harry.

Speaking at the time, she said: “I hadn’t talked about this before, but it was my third, each one a devastating loss on my long-awaited journey to motherhood.”

“I’ve been trying to have a baby for almost a decade, only to have my hopes dashed again and again by one miscarriage and then another.”

In a moving essay, Gemma detailed the start of her miscarriage and said she had no idea she was pregnant with her on-off boyfriend Arg’s baby, before one morning she started experiencing acute cramps.

The reality star said she had dismissed the pains as a heavy period and tried to get over the excruciating pain, before her sister forced her to visit her doctor.

After being sent to hospital, Gemma received the tragic news that she had suffered a miscarriage.

She continued: “In a single instant, I found out that I had been pregnant with a baby and lost it, meaning that I once again found my old dreams of motherhood shattered.”

However, the star refused to give up on her dream of becoming a mother and said in November last year that she was beginning a new fertility journey.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline about her family plans, she revealed that she was happy to learn that Tana Ramsay had welcomed her sixth child at the age of 49, because it gave her hope that she too could conceive at 40.

‘The Tana Ramsay news was the best thing to wake up to. Incredible,’ Gemma reflected.

“It really made me think positively about my future and took the pressure off.” ‘I don’t think anyone knew she was pregnant, so it was a nice surprise, but I had butterflies in my stomach when I saw it.’

Gemma continued: ‘This is incredible news for me. I will begin my fertility journey in the next few weeks.

“I’m going to a clinic, so look at these cards and get ready for me, honey.”

Gemma revealed she feels positive about her chances, continuing: “I’ll be on the steps announcing the boy to the world.” London will come to a standstill. The great Queen will come to greet the child!’

During a spiritual trip to Tel Aviv in January, Gemma and her fiancé visited Bethlehem, and the star later confessed: “I prayed when I was there, I said, ‘Please God, please give me a baby this year’ and you know, Please God, let this happen.’

She previously detailed her battle with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which can affect fertility.

Polycystic ovary syndrome is a hormonal disorder that causes enlarged ovaries with small cysts on the outer edges. Symptoms include menstrual irregularity, excessive hair growth, acne and obesity.
