Chanel Maya Banks has been found, it was claimed early Wednesday morning.
TMZ has reported that the Gossip Girl star is ‘safe and sound’ with no injuries.
The day before her family was desperately searching for the actress after she mysteriously disappeared in Los Angeles two weeks ago.
They also claimed that her husband was not cooperating with the police.
The Gossip Girl and Blue Bloods actress, 36, was last heard from on Oct. 30, when she texted her cousin, Danielle-Tori Singh, who worked with police and led a fundraising for his urgent return.

The actress’s family, including her mother Judy Singh and cousin Danielle, flew to Southern California to help in the search after her husband allegedly told them “she doesn’t want to be found” and has been taking down missing signs.
Chanel had been living in an apartment in Playa Vista with her husband for a year before her relatives suddenly stopped hearing from her.
Upon entering her apartment, they discovered that Banks’ belongings were still there, including her dog and her “emotional support” car. However, his phone and laptop were not found.
Her loved ones searched for the actress who was last heard from on October 30.

Banks married her husband in November last year and uploaded a video of the day to her main TikTok account at the time. She was last active on the social media app in September.
After not hearing from Chanel for days, her loved ones quickly became concerned because the actress often communicated.
Danielle said ABC7 News: ‘Five days without hearing from my cousin are red flags and warning signs.
“She doesn’t go more than 48 hours without talking to me or her mom… That girl is more like a big sister to me.”
She saying She last heard from her cousin via text message on October 30 and saw her on FaceTime on October 27.
Singh has been posting flyers in her cousin’s neighborhood, but revealed that Chanel’s husband has not cooperated with the family or the police.
“Her husband is extremely suspicious,” she told ABC7. ‘He is not willing to help the LAPD. He’s not willing to help me or his mom. “He’s removing leaflets from poles and cars.”
Police tell KTLA 5 they are assisting with the case and have conducted four welfare checks this month alone. Banks was not home on either occasion, they said.
When the family entered the house, they found their dog. Danielle said it was unusual, since her cousin “doesn’t go anywhere without her dog.”
“That dog is by your side to provide emotional support.”
Banks married her husband in November last year and uploaded a video of the day to her main TikTok account at the time. She was last active on the social media app in September.
Danielle told ABC7 News that Chanel has recently stepped away from her acting career to focus on writing.
‘I can tell you in my soul, in my gut, that something is not right… We are going through two weeks without a word, without a sound. Nothing.’
“We ask her where Chanel is, and all she keeps saying is, ‘she doesn’t want to be found, she’ll contact her when she’s ready,'” Danielle said. The police do not expect any foul play

Danielle told KTLA 5, “The last text we got from her before her phone went off was on October 30. I’m not leaving California until I find my cousin.”
She flew from Toronto to help search for Chanel, and the actress’s mother arrived from New York.
Discovering that Banks’ phone appeared to be dead and that her dog and car were still in her apartment, Danielle immediately contacted the police.
Los Angeles Police Department investigators confirmed to the outlet that they are working the case and completed welfare checks this month.
In an emotional message, Danielle told Chanel: ‘We love you so much. We just want to know that you’re okay, that you’re safe and that no one did anything to you.’
Banks’ mother, Judy, asked for prayers, telling KTLA, ‘Pray for my daughter because right now we don’t know exactly (what happened).’
‘She would never go anywhere without telling her mom or me. “On November 10, we noticed that her husband has a busted lip and marks and scratches on his neck and arms,” Danielle said.

Danielle wrote a description that said Chanel “has been married for a little over a year and her husband is not cooperating with police.”
She revealed that both she and Judy were able to access the apartment on Sunday, November 10, and said that “all of their belongings are still there,” apart from their laptop and phone.
‘She would NEVER go anywhere without telling her mom or me. On November 10 we noticed that your husband has a split lip and marks and scratches on his neck and arms.’
Danielle added: “The police were called on November 10 and took pictures of his injuries, which he didn’t have two days ago when the police did the last welfare check.”
“We ask her where Chanel is, and all she keeps saying is, ‘she doesn’t want to be found, she’ll get back to her when she’s ready.’
“He claims he doesn’t know where she is, says he hasn’t seen her or heard from her since Nov. 7, but he never called the police to say she was gone.”
Family claims husband is not cooperating with police
However, Danielle wrote that police do not suspect her husband of “foul play” and told the family that he “has committed no crime by withholding information.”
“There’s nothing they can do until they have evidence or probable cause to arrest him.”
In conclusion, he wrote: “Chanel has no family or friends here and would NEVER go anywhere without telling her mother.” Please help us find my cousin.’
As of Tuesday, the GoFundMe page has raised about $3,000 with a goal of $20,000.
