The glamorous sister of murder suspect in Cash App murder trial Bob Lee has debuted a new look after being blamed for starting the fight that led to the murder.

Nima’s defense attorneys have requested that Krista, who allegedly called her sister the “high tower whore,” not be allowed in the courtroom when Khazar testifies.
Her lawyers also accused her of defaming witnesses expected to take the stand, according to crown 4.
“The defense believes that Krista Lee has been ‘playing detective’ on many occasions and has no intention of stopping,” attorney Anthony Brass wrote in the motion.
“Clearly, Krista Lee feels emboldened by something, acting as a non-deputy SFPD officer to surreptitiously contact and defame witnesses, specifically the defendant’s immediate family, and use her influence to intimidate witnesses into doing her bidding.” .
Khazar is expected to testify as ordered by the judge, according to KRON 4 reporter Amy Larson.
In a heartbreaking 911 call played on the first day of the trial, Lee can be heard pleading for help before his death.
“Help, help, help, help, help,” Lee told the dispatcher, who asked for his location. Lee continued frantically: ‘Someone stabbed me. Help me please.
‘Please help me. I’m standing on the street. I need to get to the hospital.
He groaned in pain as his voice became weaker.
‘Help, help, help. Please, please,’ he pleaded before sirens could be heard in the background and the 911 call ended, KRON 4 reported.
Tragically, Lee could not be saved and succumbed to his injuries shortly after.

“They stabbed him in the heart and left him to die,” said Omid Talai, assistant district attorney. “Our victim was stabbed repeatedly, once in the chest, once in the hip and literally once pierced through the heart.”
Nima has pleaded not guilty. He faces a sentence of 26 years to life in prison, if convicted.
Lee’s death, after staggering down a deserted downtown San Francisco street begging for help, shocked the tech community, with fellow executives and engineers writing tributes to the charismatic businessman’s generosity and brilliance.
Attorney Saam Zangeneh told jurors that defense attorneys will show that Nima bore Lee no ill will.
He said injury patterns show Nima was forced to defend himself after Lee pulled a knife from his pocket, high on drugs and having slept only six hours over a four-day period using cocaine and drinking.
Khazar was accused of abusing fentanyl, cocaine and nitrous oxide when she allegedly crashed her $150,000 Mercedes into several parked cars in November, prosecutors revealed in February.
Judge Gail Dekreon ordered him to attend two Narcotics Anonymous sessions a week.
Khazar is seen passing through court security on Tuesday.
Khazar placed his belongings in the secure container on Tuesday.
He later told the media that Khazar Momeni’s notoriety from the Bob Lee case led the district attorney’s office to request two sessions instead of one as originally proposed.
Khazar was arrested on DUI and hit-and-run charges, among others, after crashing her car in San Francisco on Nov. 27.
A video obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com at the time showed the ultra-glamorous socialite desperately trying to stay out of jail after police arrived on the scene.
‘You’re not going to take me in, are you?’ she asked, shaking as a police officer handcuffed her behind her back.
‘But I’m not going anywhere, why are you handcuffing me?’ she complained. ‘But that means, are you going to take me to jail?’
A witness to the exchange told DailyMail.com that Khazar appeared to be “high as hell.”

Footage from bystanders also shows what appeared to be a large can of ‘whippets’ in plain view next to the Khazar designer handbag on the driver’s seat.
Lee was a product manager at cryptocurrency platform MobileCoin when he died. He was the father of two children.
Judge Alexandra Gordon has told jurors that the long-awaited trial that began Monday in San Francisco Superior Court is expected to last two months.
Nima, who lives in nearby Emeryville, California, has been in custody since his arrest days after Lee died in a San Francisco hospital.
