The glorious Melbourne mansion owned by former AFL WAG Tania Buckley has been delisted after languishing on the market for four months.
Located in upmarket Toorak, the luxurious two-storey apartment with five bedrooms and six bathrooms went on sale in March with an exorbitant price tag of $18 million.
Tania put the incredible Tudor-style home up for sale after splitting from husband Nathan Buckley in 2022.
The former couple called the luxurious property home after purchasing it for $3.92 million in 2007.
Tania acquired the property in the divorce settlement and put it up for sale more than 120 days ago with a price tag of between $16 million and $18 million.
And according to a report on Friday Herald of the SunHigh-end Melbourne buyers made offers that were millions lower than Tania’s preferred maximum price.
Meanwhile, the publication writes that the property is still for sale and has managed to attract interest from foreign buyers.
Designed in a classic Tudor Revival style, the beautiful home features impressively scaled living spaces, French smoked oak herringbone floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

There is also a 500-bottle wine cellar, a swimming pool, a large double garage, while each of the upper-floor bedrooms features a private balcony.
Nathan and Tania married in December 2002 and announced their separation in December 2020, almost 18 years to the day after they tied the knot.
The couple issued a statement via Tania’s Instagram page at the time, publicly announcing that they had split almost a year earlier.

They share two teenage sons, Jett, 18, and Ayce, 16, who have lived with Tania in the mansion.
Nathan has found love again and is currently dating Brodie Ryan, a 35-year-old business manager, with whom he went public with his relationship in October 2022.
This comes after Tania Buckley recently hinted that she might be engaged.
In May, the former WAG enjoyed a stroll through Melbourne’s Botanic Gardens with a friend – and there was a huge sparkler on her ring finger.

Tania dressed to impress in a form-fitting green dress that showed off her stunning curves, while her wavy blonde tresses hung freely over her shoulders.
However, it was the stunning sparkling diamond she wore on her ring finger that attracted the most attention, sparking rumors that she and Kelly had quickly gotten engaged.
The lovebirds stayed close to each other as they posed for photos, with Kelly lovingly wrapping her arm around Buckley’s waist.
Asked about the status of their relationship, Tania told the Herald Sun: “We are very happy.”
