Vincent Kompany has shown that he will rule with a firm hand at Bayern Munich.
Kompany was expected to remain with Burnley following their relegation from the Premier League, but Bayern Munich surprisingly rushed to bring in the former Man City captain as their new manager.
Burnley did not object to this opportunity and Bayern offered the club acceptable compensation.
And fans quickly realised that Kompany will maintain high standards at his new club.
A clip from the training session circulated on social media, showing the Belgian laying down the rules.
Midfielder Leon Goretzka attempted to thread the ball through the defence, but his weak pass was intercepted.

Vincent Kompany stopped training after Leon Goretzka missed a pass
Kompany was clearly unimpressed and immediately stopped the session to let the German know his play was unacceptable.
The fan who posted the clip wrote: ‘As soon as Goretzka lost the ball, Vincent Kompany made everyone stop training.
‘Kompany is not used to playing or working with players who treat the ball like a grenade.’
The moment received mixed reviews on X with many suggesting Kompany should be used to it after managing a side that were relegated last season.
Fans were shocked when Kompany took charge of the German giants after relegation.
One posted that “he managed Burnley… he’s totally used to that,” while another wrote “he managed Burnley, I’m pretty sure he is.”
Another said: “Do you know who he coached at Bayern? He’s certainly used to working with players who handle the ball like that!”
