Wetherspoons is set to toast a surge in sales and profits after showing Euro 24 matches.
Most of its 809 pubs have provided coverage, except for the 21 that do not have television.
Spoons does not usually broadcast live sports, but has made concessions for the 2022 World Cup. Sales are expected to rise by 6 percent for the current quarter.
And profits are forecast to hit the upper end of expectations, which could be £75m for the year.

Derren Nathan, of Hargreaves Lansdown, said: ‘England’s possibly fortunate progress will not affect pub takings at all, but that may be offset to some extent by the wettest spring since 1986.
‘Investors will be watching for any changes in the forecasts.’
Wetherspoons will publish a trading update on Wednesday.
