The actress, 21, has played the role of Amelia Spencer in the hit ITV soap since she was just eight years old.
Daisy was told in May that she was leaving the soap and, since she has accepted the departure, ‘The Dingles’ family is gone.
Although the details surrounding her exit story remain a secret, it has been revealed that Amelia will not be killed off.
The actress explained: ‘I’m glad the door is left open. But I can’t say much about how it went.
Even though the exit story is a secret, Daisy confirmed that her character will begin to see the hidden side of her romantic interest, Tom King (James Chase).
In recent weeks, viewers have seen her embark on a relationship with abuser Tom.
This comes when she was completely unaware of his abuse of his ex-wife Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper).
In 2022, Amelia also became a mother to two-year-old Esther after a surprise pregnancy with Samson Dingle (Sam Hall).
Her parents previously left the valleys and bosses told the actress that they ran out of stories for her character.

After finding out about her exit, Daisy revealed to the publication that she only told three of her closest friends and co-stars.
She explained how Rosie Bentham, Katie Hill and Jack Downham were completely devastated by the news, but have been supporting her behind the scenes.
Daisy said: “They were upset for me but they were very supportive. I didn’t initially tell the rest of the cast about my news because I wanted to have time to process everything. I needed time to mourn the role of Amelia.
