Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is being sued by a former model who claims he drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2003.
Crystal McKinney filed a lawsuit against the rapper, 54, who is currently facing four other sexual misconduct lawsuits, alleging she was assaulted in his studio, according to TMZ.
McKinney says she was 22 when she was invited to a Men’s Fashion Week event at Cipriani Downtown in New York City, where she met Diddy, who then asked her to come back to his studio.
When they arrived, Diddy and several of his friends were drinking Hennessy and smoking joints. Crystal claims that when she took a hit from one of the “very powerful” joints, she felt like she was floating and believes it was laced with another drug.
McKinney claims Diddy then demanded she go with him to the bathroom, where she alleges he forced her to perform oral sex on him.

Crystal McKinney (pictured) filed a lawsuit against the rapper, who is currently facing four other sexual misconduct lawsuits, alleging she was assaulted in his studio, according to TMZ.
McKinney says that while she was in the bathroom, Diddy started kissing her and then pushed her head to his crotch before telling her to ‘suck it.’
When she refused, she claims he pushed her head down and forced her to perform oral sex.
She then started to walk away but felt dizzy and at some point lost consciousness.
McKinney says she then woke up in a taxi and realized she had been sexually assaulted.
It is unclear whether she is referring to the alleged bathroom incident or another sexual assault that may have occurred while she was passed out.
McKinney says she was later kicked out of the modeling industry and went into severe depression before attempting suicide in 2004.
Crystal also claims that after watching Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie and other women file lawsuits against the disgraced hip hop mogul, she “knew she had a moral obligation to speak out.”
She is seeking unspecified damages.
