Brazilian country music singer Zé Felipe revealed that he rescued his one-year-old son from drowning just three days after moving into his new mansion.
In a video posted to his Instagram Story on Thursday, the 26-year-old, whose real name is Jose Costa, said his youngest daughter, Maria Flor, was playing with her three-year-old sister, Maria Alice, when she slipped and fell into the pool.
Felipe, who was wearing street clothes, jumped into the pool and managed to get the little boy out.
“Maria Flor was pushing those things around,” the singer said, pointing to a pool float. “There’s a step and she started drowning. I jumped in with my sneakers on, my phone on and everything. It’s crazy! You have to be careful.”

Zé Felipe said his one-year-old daughter, María Flor (pictured), was playing on a pool float when she slipped and fell into the pool.
Maria Flor was apparently unfazed and returned to the pool while Ze Felipe relived the terrifying incident.
“You’re lucky I jumped. Next time I’ll at least let you drink some water from the pool,” Zé Felipe joked.
Zé Felipe and his girlfriend, influencer Virginia Fonseca, who is expecting the couple’s third child, a boy, moved into the house on Monday.
The family held a special ceremony before entering the residence and were blessed by a local priest.

It took three years to build the luxurious residence, which is located on a 7,000-square-meter plot of land in Goiânia, the capital of the central state of Goiás.
The mansion has six suites, a recording studio, spa, beauty salon, sauna, gym, games room and a wine cellar.
It even caught the attention of star Brazilian singer Anita, who approached Fonseca several months ago to request an invitation after seeing a glimpse of the house in a video posted on Fonseca’s Instagram.
“Girl, can I stay at this spa for a few days while I’m in Brazil? Kisses, I love you,” Anita said.
