The eldest of David and Victoria Beckham’s four children proved he’s a good sport by downplaying his mixed fortunes as a photographer and cook on social media.
Appearing in a light-hearted campaign for booking.com, 25-year-old Brooklyn plays an overconfident but ultimately dim-witted version of himself while visiting New York, the city of his conception.
Despite labeling himself an “incredible chef, an incredible photographer” and a “genius”, Brooklyn still manages to baffle anyone who comes into contact with him, including a street artist who seems bewildered after being asked if graffiti is “Italian.”
The worst soon follows, with the hapless influencer describing bagels as “America’s English muffin” before ruining his attempt to make one from scratch during a bagel-making class.

The new campaign appeared to be a hit after appearing on her Instagram grid late Tuesday night, and fans credited Brooklyn for promoting herself.
“Strangely fantastic advertising and marketing and an English sense of humor and wit…fair play,” wrote one.
While a second added: ‘Fantastic move by Brooklyn. Own ‘negativity’ and transform it into your power.’
A third wrote: “This was way better than it needed to be.”
Meanwhile, a fourth commented: ‘I like the fact that he can laugh at himself. This is brilliant.’
Another added: “He’s like his dad… that was so funny.”
