Donald Trump’s former lawyer Rudy Giuliani celebrated his 80th birthday at an Italian restaurant in New York, weeks after he was served with an impeachment notice at his other birthday celebration.
Two weeks ago, the former mayor received the notice in your palm beach, Florida, celebration by two officials from the Arizona attorney general’s office in the case of Arizona’s ‘false voters’accusing him and others of trying to revoke the elections 2020 results.
But the possible accusation did not seem to dampen the bankrupt lawyer’s spirits, as shortly after he was seen celebrating again at the Amata restaurant in New York.
The East 56th Street restaurant is owned by the brother-in-law of Giuliani’s former chief of staff at City Hall, Anthony Carbonetti.
He was seen exiting a Dodge Durango with a security detail and entering the restaurant, known for its moderately priced items, ranging from $19 Calabrian meatballs to $26 Paccheri pasta bolognese.

The East 56th Street restaurant is owned by Giuliani’s former chief of staff at City Hall’s brother-in-law Anthony Carbonetti.
His attorney, Barry Kamins, stood outside the restaurant afterward and told the New York Times: ‘He has had great challenges and I think it is surprising that under the pressure he has been under, he has been able to maintain his sanity through all of this.
“I know we’ve tried to get people to come to him as character references, and a lot of people have disappointed us and he’s been disappointed in them, too.”
Arthur Aidala, a lawyer specializing in representing “tabloid villains,” also contributed at the same time: “Anyone who thinks Mr. Giuliani is out of his depth in terms of legal acumen is sorely mistaken.
He is very clever. We also represented Mayor Giuliani in his case in Georgia.’

The restaurant is known for its moderately priced items, ranging from Calabrian meatballs for $19 to Paccheri Pasta Bolognese for $26.

His son, Andrés, attended the party; daughter, Carolina; Bernard B. Kerik, former New York City police commissioner who once pleaded guilty to eight felonies; and Rudy Washington, Giuliani’s former deputy mayor.
Also in attendance were former Breitbart News editor Raheem Kassam, New York Post columnist Miranda Devine, Newsmax’s Mandy Del Rio and Jack Thomas Smith.
Giuliani previously filed for bankruptcy and owes two Georgia women a $148 million judgment in a defamation case.

According to the Times, the former mayor would rely on a 9/11 charity as one of his latest financial acquisitions.
Prosecutors had been trying for weeks to deliver the official notice of indictment and tell him that he had to appear in court on May 21.
“The last defendant was handed over a few moments ago,” he wrote on X. “@RudyGiuliani, no one is above the law.”
It came after guests watched Giuliani record an hour-long episode of his show ‘America’s Mayor Live’ at the Palm Beach celebration.
They sang ‘Happy Birthday’ and presented Giuliani with a red, white and blue frosted cake.
“It was a wonderful evening celebrating an American hero, Rudy Giuliani,” said Caroline Wren, a top Republican Party consultant who hosted the birthday party at her Palm Beach home.
