A man has been charged with murder after allegedly stabbing his father multiple times during a family dispute.

Emergency services attempted to perform CPR, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
His 52-year-old son, Anton Hillemacher, was arrested before being charged on Sunday with murder, breach of a restraining order and aggravated robbery.
He was remanded in custody and appeared in Melbourne Magistrates Court later that night, but the matter was adjourned until October 28 for a preliminary hearing.
A social media post, believed to have been written by Hillemacher, said she had previously been living with her father, Herald of the Sun reported.
He added that he has since been sleeping on his younger brother’s couch.
