Bill Gates’ daughter Jennifer is expecting her second child with her equestrian husband, Nayel Nassar, just 16 months after the couple welcomed daughter Leila.
The 28-year-old, who married Nayel, 33, in October 2021, looked every inch the doting mother as she took to Instagram to share the news.
Jennifer, whose founding father of Microsoft is worth a staggering $134 billion, lovingly cradled her burgeoning baby bump beneath a long, flowy blue dress as she held hands with her daughter Leila.
She uploaded the photo along with a simple caption that read: “Leila being promoted to big sister.”
It comes after DailyMail.com recently photographed Jennifer enjoying a healthy day out with her one-year-old son at Westchester County’s Old Salem Farm.

So far, 2024 has been a busy year for Jennifer after graduating from medical school earlier this year, and the ceremony brought her mother and father together for the first time in months.
Jennifer’s mother Melinda was quick to show her support when she shared the post on her own Instagram Story along with a caption that read: “So excited for Jennifer, Nayel and Leila.”
It’s certainly been a busy 2024 so far for Jennifer after graduating from medical school earlier this year, and the ceremony brought her mother and father together for the first time in months.
Posting a photo of herself wearing her cap and gown on May 11, Jennifer captioned the post: ‘Dr. Gates, Doctor of Medicine, master’s degree in Public Health. I can’t believe we’ve come to this moment, a little girl’s childhood aspiration come true.
‘It has been a whirlwind of learning, exams, late nights, tears, discipline and many moments of self-doubt, but the ups and downs certainly outweighed the ups and downs of these last five years.
“I am deeply grateful for this experience and very grateful to my professors, mentors, friends and family for their endless support along the way.”
Her famous father was quick to comment on the post, gushing: ‘What you’ve achieved today, and all the days leading up to it, is a tremendous achievement, @jenngatesnassar.
‘I’m so proud of you for finishing medical school and I can’t wait to see you take the next step toward residency. Your patients will be lucky to call you a doctor.
During a recent appearance on the PedsDocTalk podcast, Jennifer opened up about her mom guilt and her adjustment to life as a mom over the past year.
The 28-year-old’s baby bump was previously visible beneath her flowy mid-length blue dress during a family day outing.
Jennifer and Nayel, both Stanford graduates, officially began dating in January 2017.
Jennifer announced her first pregnancy in November 2022 by posting parenting photos alongside her Olympic diver husband, Nayel.

When she admitted feeling guilty about not being with her daughter all the time, the interviewer asked, “Why?” As Jennifer explained: ‘At times like now, when I’m a new mother, I feel guilty.
“Oh God, I should make this decision for her, I should do this and I don’t, and these feelings are natural.”
Then he added: “I realize that she sees me confident in the decisions I am making and I can recognize that guilt, I can recognize those feelings.” It’s okay to have ambiguity.’
Leila was the first grandchild of Bill and Melinda, who went through a high-profile divorce in 2021 after 27 years of marriage.
But the two put aside their differences to walk Jennifer down the aisle in October 2021 during the ceremony at their then-home in North Salem, New York: a 124-acre horse farm valued at $15.82 million that was a gift. college graduation ceremony for his billionaire parents.
It was the Microsoft heiress’ second wedding that weekend, having first tied the knot with Nayel in a private Muslim religious ceremony the night before.
The couple, both Stanford graduates, officially began dating in January 2017.
Nayel proposed to Jennifer on a ski trip three years after they started dating. When they announced the happy news on Instagram, they both shared photos of themselves kneeling in the snow after he popped the question.
