One photo showed an oddly curved door frame and a strange shape to her long black dress.
A second image included a tilted door, making the changing room the beauty was in appear quite tilted.
“Would you tell your friend to delete a post that was obviously photoshopped?” the caption read, while comments were disabled.
Tully appeared to respond to the accusation, reposting the image of the black dress without any anomalies.
‘‘Forget the little black dress, it’s all about the long black dress,’ she wrote, adding: ‘(Take 2)’ alongside a laughing emoji.
“They treated you like a champ, you look stunning,” one follower wrote in the comments, with Tully responding with a blowing kiss emoji.

Adopting Swift’s lyrics, the caption read: ‘Karma is the guy with the teeth, coming straight home to me.’
Tully appeared to respond to the accusation, reposting the image of the black dress without any anomalies.

Tully’s reference to teeth certainly reflects Ned’s profession, but so does his perfectly straight, white smile shown in his images.
According to Ned’s clinical practice website, the handsome dentist has a particular interest in oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry.
According to their most recent posts, Tully and Ned are still madly in love and their relationship is going strong.
The new love came just seven months after Tully split from her boyfriend of two years, Daniel Parisi.
