Bayern Munich have agreed to pay Fulham £47.4m for midfielder João Palhinha.
It will represent a club record sale for Fulham with an initial payment of £43.2m and a further £4.2m in add-ons.
Bayern have long been interested in the 28-year-old and have been looking to sign him since last summer.
Fulham rejected an offer from West Ham last year too, but the Portugal international had made it clear he wanted to join Bayern after seeing his transfer there fall through at the last minute in August, despite undergoing a medical.
Palhinha is currently at Euro 2024 with Portugal, who will play France in the quarter-finals of the competition, and will undergo his new medical once his participation in the tournament is over and sign a four-year contract.

Vincent Kompany’s side will pay £43.2m up front and a further £4.2m in add-ons for Palhinha.
He joined Fulham from Sporting Lisbon in 2022, for a fee of around £17m, and won the club’s player of the year award during his first season at Craven Cottage.
Palhinha made 79 appearances in two seasons in west London, scoring eight times.
Bayern are also still in talks with Crystal Palace for Michael Olise.
The France Under-21 international, who is believed to want to play for his country at the Olympics later this month, is set to join Vincent Kompany but the finer details of the transfer and commission fees are still being finalised.
The Bundesliga side have also opened talks to sell Matthijs De Ligt to Manchester United while looking to sign Jonathan Tah from Bayer Leverkusen.
