One man has died and another is assisting police with their investigations following a confrontation inside an apartment.
On Wednesday, paramedics were called to the unit on Richmond Avenue in Auburn, west of Sydney, about 7.30pm, but were unable to save the seriously injured man.
“New South Wales Ambulance paramedics treated a man but he died at the scene.” New South Wales Police said in a statement.

“Officers from Auburn Police Area Command arrested a 32-year-old man a short time later in South Parade, Auburn.”
“He has been taken to Auburn Police Station and is currently assisting with investigations.”
