A Victorian construction company has collapsed, leaving the fate of a number of projects up in the air.
After a protracted process, the Supreme Court on Wednesday ordered North Melbourne-based Apex Homes Australia into liquidation on insolvency grounds.
Creditors include a concreting company, Aerolink Property Group, which filed for liquidation earlier this year citing an unpaid debt of $46,200 against the company.
Other companies that have filed a claim against the company include Home and Industrial Soil, Austral Group, ATC Co, the State Revenue Commissioner and Bristol Roofing.
BDO has been appointed liquidator of the business.
