“I wasn’t sure I had the guts to ask him how big his penis is, yet I persisted,” Cohen joked about featuring Shaquille O’Neal on the show, who came in at number five.
However, the Daddy Diaries author later revealed that Shaq never returned to the clubhouse and jokingly wondered if it was “something he said.”
Next on their list at number four was the late ‘Mama Elsa’ Patton, who is the mother of Real Housewives of Miami star Marysol Patton.
In the early seasons of the show, Patton and his mother became fan favorites, but unfortunately she passed away in May 2019.
“They had to drive her to New York to see the show and we all wanted to make sure she was safe,” Cohen revealed of the experience.
“We miss you, mom Elsa,” he added.
The third person the Bravo executive had some nerves interviewing was the famous Mariah Carey, whom he welcomed on his show in 2018.
He explained that he had to swap chairs with Carey, because she wanted to show her “good side,” and it ended up working out very well.
And between the first two?
At numbers four and three, Cohen named the late Real Housewives of Miami star Elsa Patton and singer Mariah Carey.

Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Mary M. Cosby and Oprah Winfrey.
“She’s as unpredictable as her on-again, off-again love of fish filet sandwiches, we love her for that,” Cohen said of Cosby.
When Cosby appeared on the show a few years ago with comedian Ziwe, she was gifted a McDonald’s Filet-O-Fish sandwich as she declared her love for fast food on RHOSLC, only to admit that she was disgusted by it and the order was something that was done only once.
Finally, Cohen revealed why Oprah was the number one guest he was most nervous about.
“If an icon like Oprah doesn’t make you nervous, you might be a zombie,” he joked.
And it looks like Cohen’s days as the creator and host of Watch What Happens Live will last at least a few more years.
During a 2022 interview with The Hollywood Reporter SiriusXM Radio creator Andy explained that he wants to do the show ‘as long as they allow it.’
‘I’ll do it as long as they let me. I love it,” he told the outlet at the time. “I hit a wall in fifth year, when I was checking boxes for a minute.”
“But right now I feel a lot of energy and excitement about it,” he continued. “It feels fresh now that we’re back live with studio audiences and doing live polls.”
