Georgia Harrison has appealed for donations after her close friend suffered a stroke.
The Love Island star, 29, told how content creator Louie Mills was left paralyzed by a rare medical condition while visiting him in hospital.
Georgia shared a video of her next to Louie’s hospital bed, where he could be seen with tubes down his throat and nose.
A stroke is a disruption in the blood supply to the spinal cord. They are quite rare and account for 1.25% of all strokes. Long-term effects include bowel and bladder problems, physical problems, and pain.
The TV star explained that Louie would need aftercare and “modifications” to his home when he was released from hospital and asked for donations.

The Love Island star, 29, told how content creator Louie Mills was left paralyzed by a rare medical condition while visiting him in hospital.
She said: “Frankly, he’s not in a good place at the moment.” Let me tell you, Louis is one of the best friends of all time.
“He’s been with me through everything. He’s one of the best and funniest guys I know and, frankly, we can’t have him like this much longer.
‘He needs to get back to normal. The best way to do this is to create a GoFundMe.
“He’s going to need aftercare, he’s going to need modifications to his house, when we finally get him home, and it’s just one of those times where everyone on TikTok and everywhere needs to come together to help this guy raise some money and help out. Make Louis get better.
Georgia then shared a video of Louie in his hospital bed with the caption: “He literally went from normal to paralyzed overnight but he still has a sense of humor and he’s going to get through this.”
“Please, even if you don’t have the means to donate, go watch him on TikTok, he is such a special soul and he deserves to get his life back for himself and for humanity because he is a gift.”
Georgia broke down in tears as she informed her followers about Louie’s condition in a video she shared last week.
With tears streaming down her face, she said, “I think this shows that none of us appreciate our health and you never know when your health can be taken away.”

‘So don’t be ungrateful for the smallest things in life and it just goes to show that something like that can happen to anyone.
‘From what I’ve seen, he’s going to have the opportunity to rehabilitate. Getting to that point will simply be a journey.
“But I just want to send Louie a lot of love and let him know that I’ll go see him as much as I can and let his mom know everything I can do.” Oh, it really bothers me.
‘I can’t even tell you anything I can do to help him, to help him raise money, to help him get back to a place where he feels like himself again.
“I will and everyone should go to his page and follow him and make sure you support him and the family throughout his journey because he just doesn’t deserve it.”
“He is just brilliant and it breaks me to see him in such a vulnerable state.”
