Footage has emerged of a hilarious backstage altercation between Eddie Hearn and Ryan Garcia’s father following his son’s fight with Devin Haney.
Garcia was in good form as he knocked down Haney three times during their fight before earning a majority decision victory.
Two judges scored the fight 114-110, 115-109 in their favor, while a third considered it tied 112-112.
Haney was the favorite for the fight in New York, but came up short on fight night as Garcia showed his quality despite some controversial preparations.
Hearn, Haney’s promoter, was speaking to Matchroom Boxing while giving Garcia credit for the victory before his father interrupted the on-camera piece.

The couple ended up holding hands seconds later in a strange viral clip.
“Big respect to Ryan Garcia, he was amazing,” Hearn began before being interrupted by Garcia Sr.
“Well done, well done,” Hearn said with a smile on his face before being insulted.
Garcia Sr. said, “That’s what you get. You’re a piece of shit.”
“Oh, really? Fuck you. Fuck you, you little piece of shit. What are you talking about?” Hearn responded.
Garcia Sr proceeded to awkwardly grab his crotch before yelling at him: “Fuck you, you know you’re a piece of shit and that’s what you get.”
‘Now what are you going to say? Luke Campbell and Devin Haney, fuck you. “Now who do you have?”
Hearn responded by offering the name Jaron Ennis, which seemed to calm things down as Garcia Sr. walked toward the Englishman.
‘You know it’s good!’ Hearn said as he extended his hand to shake her.
Garcia Sr. joined him as they exchanged a brief handshake, and Hearn praised his son before his father apologized.
“When you win, I’ll give you all the respect in the world,” Hearn continued.
Garcia Sr. responded, “Okay, give Ryan the respect.”
When Hearn revealed that he had already spoken to his son, Garcia Sr continued to apologize before leaving, leaving a smiling Hearn behind.
