Tammy Slaton showed off continued progress in her weight loss journey on Tuesday.
The 37-year-old 1000-Lb. The Sisters star, who underwent bariatric surgery in late 2022, gave fans a closer look at her transformation with a series of photos posted on instagram.
The photo carousel features snaps of Tammy modeling a strapless dress, relaxing in pajamas, and lounging in a sweatshirt with her cat, highlighting her remarkable weight loss journey.
She earned praise from her followers, including her surgeon, Dr. Eric Smith, who commented on a post of Tammy and her cat Chocolate: “You’re killing it!”
The post comes after Tammy revealed in December that she weighed 285 pounds, down from her starting point of 717.

He spent 14 months at Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio, where he lost more than 400 pounds through bariatric treatment and surgery.
The rehab center was where she also met her late husband Caleb Willingham.
Nicknamed ‘Double K’, Caleb starred on the weight loss show alongside his wife as they battled chronic obesity.
They married with about 30 friends and family invited to the small ceremony officiated by their friend and home care nurse, Billy.
Just a few months after getting married, Caleb died at age 40 of unknown causes.
Tammy talked about the moment she found out Caleb had passed away in the summer.
During an interview with PeopleTammy revealed that a friend of Caleb’s told her via text that her husband was not well, before informing her just 20 minutes later that he had died.
At the time, Tammy was at home in Kentucky and Caleb was at the Ohio rehab center she had previously been to with him.

“I was sitting in the fetal position,” she told the publication.
“I got a text from his friend who was there and the text said, ‘Caleb’s not okay. They’re working on it.” 20 minutes later he texted me back and told me he was gone.”
The TLC star also said she’s been doing “pretty well” overcoming the tragedy, and has even made a ring and necklace in the shape of a musical note from her late husband’s ashes.
She has grown fond of the jewelry and finds comfort in knowing that a part of him remains with her.
“He’s going to live forever because his memory is encapsulated,” Tammy said.
Tammy married Caleb in November 2022 at the Ohio rehab center where they met.

‘Knowing that he is with me helps me get through the day. I find myself grabbing my necklace and holding it a lot. When I take off my jewelry, I feel a strange feeling of separation anxiety. I’m starting to panic.’
Watching Caleb on his show has also brought him some joy: “Every time I miss him, I can always go back and watch the show and see what made me happy again.”
As for moving forward, Tammy said she wasn’t desperate to meet someone new just yet: “I’m not in any kind of rush right now to settle down or meet anyone.”
In the new 1000-Lb season. Sisters, Tammy also admitted that she and Caleb ‘felt like roommates’ before he passed away.
