Taylor Swift’s upcoming album The Tortured Poets Department will be promoted with a “library installation” in Los Angeles.
News about the 34-year-old artist’s upcoming work-related event, who skipped the first night of Coachella, was revealed in a post shared on Spotify’s X account on Monday.
A press release was also issued to announce that the installation would consist of an outdoor poetry library that has been “highly curated to represent the direction of the new record,” according to People.
Swift’s installation will also feature several “visual surprises” for fans, as well as numerous books of poetry.
The Grammy Award-winning artist’s library will be updated daily with new materials.

The library will be located in The Grove and will currently be open from the 16th to the 18th.
Spotify also announced that all surprises, as well as the album countdown, will be shared online.
Spotify’s Jackie Augustus issued a statement stating via Billboard that the streaming giant was excited to be able to share the facility with Swift’s longtime fans.
‘The way Taylor fans connect and champion her music is like no other. “We are excited to bring this album activation to life for Swifties in Los Angeles this week,” she said.
The Karma songwriter announced that she planned to release The Tortured Poets Department during her appearance at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony, which took place last February.
The hitmaker took home the awards for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album during the event.
Swift announced she had been working on a new album while accepting the first of two awards at the star-studded ceremony.
She told her fans that she had a secret that she “had been keeping from them for the past two years” during one of her acceptance speeches, according to USA Today.

The hitmaker’s upcoming album will consist of 16 tracks, two of which feature Post Malone and Florence and the Machine.
Four deluxe versions of the album will be released and each will feature a different bonus track.
The Department of Tortured Poets is scheduled to make its debut on Friday.
