Sage, sometimes called “smudging,” involves burning a bunch of sage to spiritually “cleanse” a space before inhabiting it.
The entire building was forced to evacuate at 6 a.m. after the alarm sounded.
Fellow MAFS 2024 contestant Eden Harper shared a TikTok video of Lucinda’s slip-up, which occurred around 6am on a Sunday while the cast was in Skye, UK.
In Eden’s video, a stunned MAFS cast gathered in the lobby as the fire alarm rang, while Lucinda could also be seen chatting with her castmates without a care in the world.

In the caption, Eden wrote: “On a random Sunday morning on Skye, Lucinda Light turned on her room and set off the fire alarm at 6am, waking up and evacuating the entire building.”
The MAFS girlfriend capped off her update with a skull and a laughing face emoji.
Eden’s followers found the situation amusing.

Lucinda quickly became a fan favorite on the recent season of the popular reality show thanks to her “authenticity” and “positivity.”
She was paired with Timothy Smith, 51, and although their romance didn’t work out, they have maintained a close friendship since the cameras stopped rolling.
The former on-screen couple have been spotted on nights out together, while Lucinda recently gushed about how “glad” she is to have Timothy as a “dear friend.”
On last Sunday’s reunion special, Lucinda and Timothy revealed that they had continued to build their bond after leaving the show.
Lucinda then closed the meeting by declaring, “I have the perfect husband for me.” This guy is totally brave.
Originally from Byron Bay, Lucinda has 182,000 followers on Instagram, around 100,000 more than the other contestants.
According Yahoo Lifestylemajor podcast networks are currently racing to hire her exclusively for their own post-experiment show, while several voice-over agencies are also interested in hiring her as an audiobook narrator.
The publication notes that “there is also talk of future television work with the Nine Network, who have called her this year’s ‘featured participant’.”
