Seagram heiress Hannah Bronfman’s husband revealed how his son was nearly electrocuted by sticking a necklace into an electrical outlet.
Fallis shared a terrifying video on TikTok on Monday night in which she told viewers that her three-year-old son had almost been electrocuted.
The heiress, 36, and her husband Brendan Fallis, 44, married in 2017 and have two young children together.
During the massage, Preston grabbed his father’s chain, which he had removed to receive the message.
While the boy played with the jewelry, he stuck it into an outlet on an extension bar in his family’s home.
Fallis showed the aftermath, a blackened plug, on TikTok to demonstrate how the chain had caused an electric shock.
“He jumped, I heard a spark, I got up… nothing happened because obviously the power bars have a switch, a circuit breaker.”
Fortunately, because the plug was part of an extension cord and not the wall, the consequences probably could have been much worse.
Fallis took this opportunity to warn other parents. “This is really scary,” she said.
‘Just a note to all parents, you never know. This is hidden under a nightstand,” she warned.
TikTok users praised Fallis in the comments for her transparency.
‘Brother! You are one of the most authentic human beings I have ever had the pleasure of knowing,’ one person commented.
Others shared their gratitude to the 44-year-old father for the warning. ‘Thanks for sharing,’ one user commented. “I’m so glad he and everyone is okay,” said another.
Bronfman is part of one of the richest families in Canada. They own Seagram, an alcohol distilling company founded in 1858 in Ontario.
The heiress, 36, and her husband Fallis, 44, married in 2017 and have two young children together.
The family previously made headlines when Bronfman shared a glimpse of their massive New York City apartment, complete with an enviable walk-in closet and paisley wall.
The couple kept the apartment’s original features, such as the floor-to-ceiling bookcases (Hannah pictured in the apartment before renovations)
Other striking features of the couple’s stunning home included the wet bar (left: Fallis at the bar) and spacious bathroom (left).
Bronfman, a former DJ turned entrepreneur, welcomed content creator Caleb Simpson to his midtown Manhattan apartment in November, showing off his sprawling three-level home, for which he could get a $4,300-a-month mortgage.
After walking down a hallway to reach the front door, you immediately open to a massive living room and dining room, with 20-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, plus a skylight.
They also have a bar and coffee shop near the living room, which Simpson called “the best bar” he’s seen in New York City.
The couple, who married in 2017, bought the huge space about five years ago and spent three years renovating it.
In 2019, Bronfman shared that she had suffered a miscarriage in January while detailing her pregnancy journey in an emotional video.
‘There’s no way to ease this, so here it is. On January 25th I had a miscarriage,” Hannah wrote in an emotional post on Instagram on Sunday before posting a video about her pregnancy journey.
‘I am writing this to share what I believe is something very common that so many women go through: 1 in 4 women will experience a miscarriage in their lifetime. However, this is not something that is commonly shared or talked about.
“As working women, we have a lot of pressure to show up, be professional, push boundaries while keeping our hormone levels balanced.”
She further detailed her miscarriage when she sat down with her husband as part of a vlog explaining her commitment to having children.
Bronfman now uses her social media accounts to share workout routines, videos of her children, and Get Ready With Me vlogs.
