Aspyn Ovard officially filed for divorce from her husband of nearly nine years, Parker Ferris, on Monday, the same day she announced the birth of her third child.
The YouTube star, 27, filed her lawsuit in Salt Lake City, Utah, according to court documents obtained by People.
Ovard and Ferris married in 2015 after getting engaged that same year in Greece. Along with the newborn, the couple also shares daughters Cove, four, and Lola, two.
Also on Monday, the media personality, who currently has 3.29 million subscribers on YouTube, took to both Instagram and TikTok to reveal that her baby had arrived.
Ovard is a popular YouTuber who successfully transitioned from “lifestyle” content to “mom vlogging” following the birth of her first child in 2019.
She has 5 million subscribers on two YouTube channels and her most viewed videos are those documenting her pregnancies.
Ovard first gained Internet fame through her popular “day in the life” videos, as well as “DIY” and “beauty hacks.” However, it was her “couple content” with Ferris that helped her views reach the millions.

In her birth announcement, Ovard uploaded a clip of herself filming herself in a hospital gown and writing, “but I’m only 34 weeks…she’s not ready.”
The video jumped to the influencer gently cradling her newborn while still in the hospital and writing, “Trust me, you’ll be fine.”
The exact date on which the little one was welcomed into the world has not yet been revealed.
In another TikTok video, Aspyn talked about the birth of her daughter six weeks earlier, saying while resting, “I just had a baby.” I feel like I’m in shock because it came so early.’
“My brain just doesn’t process what’s happening,” she said, adding that her baby was in the NICU, but she said “he’s doing great.”
Ovard explained that she “had a feeling” that her baby was going to be born a little earlier, like her other two daughters, but “not so early.”
In another clip shared on Monday, she revealed that her husband, Parker, had also accompanied her to the hospital.
The media influencer uploaded a humorous clip of Ferris lip-syncing to the sound “My friend is there,” while pointing to her stomach. In text added to the video, Ovard wrote: “I had a job.”
Last month in March, Aspyn and Parker got away for a relaxing honeymoon in Puerto Vallarta.

In October of last year, the two announced that they were expecting baby number three.
At the time, Ovard shared a video of the couple on the beach as she revealed her baby bump in a white satin dress. ‘Baby number 3 will join our family in 2024!’ she wrote.
