Several people are trapped underwater after a small plane crashed into a lake in Utah on Friday.
‘We have teams of staff on the lake. They are just confirming some things. “The plane is in about eight and a half feet of water,” said Saratoga Springs Fire Department Chief Jess Campbell.
“The likelihood of someone still being viable is decreasing,” said Jess Campbell, chief of the Saratoga Springs Fire Department, according to KSL.
Authorities have not said how many people were on the plane when it crashed.
The plane had reportedly been cleared to land at nearby Provo Airport before crashing into the lake.
