Celebrity personal trainers Amy and Jono Castano divorced in 2021, but the former couple remains good friends.
Amy proved that the two are exes when she met up with Jono at an event on Friday.
In a video shared on Instagram Stories, Amy filmed Jono as he gave a presentation on FutureLab’s health supplements alongside her boyfriend, football star Aaron Evans.
The two appeared to hang out at the event, before Amy headed off to spend some time with Aaron.
Amy and Jono were high school sweethearts and divorced in 2021 after spending 15 years together.
They continue to run the gym they co-founded together, Acero, and remain good friends despite moving away.
Jono recently welcomed his daughter, model Simone Holtznagel, while Amy has found love with footballer Aaron.
However, Jono’s relationship with Simone ended in conflict in recent months.

This week, Simone spoke out about how she is coping with motherhood “alone”, in an apparent swipe at her ex-boyfriend Jono.
The 31-year-old model opened up about life with her five-month-old daughter Gia, who she welcomed with celebrity personal trainer Jono, 33, on Easter Sunday.
Talking with Women’s healthSimone addressed the positives and negatives of being a “single” mother, despite apparently sharing parenting duties with Jono.
Simone, who has yet to comment on the split, also failed to mention Jono in an apparent attack as she thanked her family and friends for supporting her.
When asked about the aspect of motherhood that surprised her, Simone shared: ‘Positive: I can do this alone. Negative: I’m doing this alone.

My family and friends have done everything they can to help me, and I am lucky that the negative moments are greatly alleviated when they are by my side.
Despite the challenges of motherhood, Simone described being a mother to baby Gia as an “absolute joy” and admitted it hasn’t been as difficult as she expected.
“Every day I tell myself, ‘This is the last day she’ll be this little,’ and that helps me enjoy even the smallest or most difficult moments,” she added.
Her comments came in a candid Q&A to promote her new campaign with Nala called Sorry To Offend You, which aims to break the stigma around breastfeeding in public.
Jono showed his support for her campaign this week as he appeared to be trying to win back his girlfriend, weeks after publicly confirming their split in July.

Gym owner Acero left a sentimental comment under a post about her promotion on Instagram, showing Simone breastfeeding her daughter Gia.
“This is very good, very well done,” he wrote, apparently using her nickname for her.
His gushing comment came days after he was seen leaving flowers at the “postpartum hotel” where Simone was staying with her newborn Gia in an apparent attempt to win her back.
Simone’s campaign comes after she has kept a low profile following the shocking news of her split from Jono that emerged last month.
Last month, Jono confirmed that he and Simone decided to part ways in May, just nine weeks after welcoming baby Gia on Easter Sunday.
“Who knows what the future holds, our goal is simply to be the best parents for Gia at this stage,” she told Daily Mail Australia in a statement at the time.
A close friend of the couple later revealed that Simone and Jono’s relationship had been destined to end for quite some time.
A source said The Daily Telegraph that several friends and family warned Simone that her modeling lifestyle was not compatible with Jono’s fitness influencer career.
The first sign of trouble came when Jono posted photos of himself on a luxurious holiday in Thailand days after Gia’s birth on March 31 without Simone and their baby.
While many of Jono’s followers were quick to gush over the snaps, Simone did not like or comment on them.
