The high-necked, long-sleeved number fell below her knees and she added matching pointed heels that doubled as stockings.
The reality TV personality wore her dark locks (styled by hair expert Chris Appleton) in a center part and left in loose, sultry curls.
The multi-talented woman was on her way to do some prison reform work at the Department of Justice, followed by a stop at her SKIMS store.

Some of its content included videos of artwork by former prisoners.
It included notable drawings and photographs hanging in all Justice Department offices.
Continuing with her busy day, she filmed a crowd outside her SKIMS store in Georgetown.
“I’m now visiting my first SKIMS store in Georgetown,” she wrote at the bottom of a clip showing shoppers admiring her presence at the location.
“Ladies, if you’re in Georgetown, you have to check out SKIMS,” she gushed as she looked at the mannequins dressed in her underwear.
The dress, which had a high neck and long sleeves, reached below her knees and was worn with matching pointed heels that also served as stockings. She carried a furry yellow ERL bag slung over her shoulder.

Through a fragment of it, surrounded by followers, she reflected on her status as a successful founder of a clothing brand.
“Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I would go from having my first job in a clothing store to one day having my own job, filled with my own clothes!” she wrote.
The mogul added: “I am eternally grateful to everyone who made my dreams come true @skims,” she concluded.
This week Kim also launched a new collaboration with Beats and Jimmy Fallon, releasing a set of three nude-hued headphones designed by her.
