Tammy Slaton proudly flaunts her staggering 440-pound weight loss while posing in a swimsuit during a fun-filled girls’ trip.
The reality star, 37, who rose to fame on the TLC series 1000-lbs Sisters, was seen posing poolside with her friend, psychic medium Haley Michelle in a series of images shared online.
In the snaps, Tammy is seen wearing a blue mermaid-inspired swimsuit as she dangles her legs in the pool, smiling at Haley, who rocks a black and white ruffled collar swimsuit.
“Proud of you,” Haley captioned the sweet photo.

The couple didn’t mention where they were on vacation, and Haley shared a selfie with Tammy at a grocery store and wrote, “Doing some shopping before our girls trip.”
In the Instagram stories posted by Haley, the couple appears to be enjoying their free time.

Tammy underwent weight loss surgery in late 2022, which began her weight loss journey.
Earlier this month, the TLC personality showed off her remarkable weight loss journey in a post on Instagram, posting a carousel of snaps, including Tammy modeling a strapless dress, relaxing in pajamas, and lounging in a sweatshirt with her cat.
In December, Tammy revealed that she weighed 285 pounds, down from her starting point of 717.
He spent 14 months at Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio, where he lost more than 400 pounds through bariatric treatment and surgery.
The rehab center was where she also met her late husband Caleb Willingham.
Nicknamed ‘Double K’, Caleb starred on the weight loss show alongside his wife as they battled chronic obesity.
Caleb died of unknown causes aged 40 on June 30, just seven months after the couple married in November last year.

They married with about 30 friends and family invited to the small ceremony officiated by their friend and home care nurse, Billy.
Just a few months after getting married, Caleb died at age 40 of unknown causes.
Tammy talked about the moment she found out Caleb had passed away in the summer.
During an interview with People, Tammy revealed that a friend of Caleb’s told her via text that her husband was not well, before informing her just 20 minutes later that he had died.
At the time, Tammy was at home in Kentucky and Caleb was at the Ohio rehab center she had previously been to with him.
The TLC star was still heartbroken after his death and shared a tribute on Instagram that read, “RIP sweet angel, you will always be missed and loved so much, thank you Caleb for showing me real love and happiness.”
