In a new interview with OK! magazine, the Made In Chelsea star said: ‘There’s always the possibility of having more children.
‘Vogue is proudly Irish. We love children.
‘There are no immediate plans, but it’s one of those projects where some days it seems like the best idea in the world and other days it doesn’t.
“When you have to juggle three school assignments and wonder if there will be room for another one. We couldn’t be luckier with the family we have and we are absolutely thrilled.”

She revealed she wants to have another baby but insisted her fourth child would be her last as she gushed about Otto.

In an interview with her friend Luisa Zissman on her Spencer & Vogue podcast, she admitted: “He’s only a month old, but honestly, I think I’ll be four. I love it. I love the newborn stage.”
She went on to say that although she likes the idea of having a big family, she wouldn’t have more than four children because she thinks it “looks weird.”
The TV personality, who married Spencer in 2018, said she believes that if she has four children, one will always “be around” for her.
“But I don’t want to die alone either. At least I know that unless something goes really wrong and we end up killing each other without talking to each other, I’ll always have someone close by,” she said.
“If I have four children, one of them will live.”
