Will Ferrell made a rare move on Thursday.
The 57-year-old Hollywood actor posed with his wife Viveca Paulin and two of his sons, Mattias and Magnus.
They stood arm in arm on the red carpet for the Netflix film Will & Harper at the Egyptian Theatre Hollywood in Los Angeles.
Ferrell married Swedish actress Viveca Paulin in 2000; they met in 1995 in an acting class.
They have three sons: Magnus, 20, Mattias, 17, and Axel, 14.

This comes after Ferrell said he had to go through the “excruciating” pain of being called John by his teachers at school.
The Elf star was registered at birth as John William Ferrell, but his parents named him Will.
And it took years for people to get used to calling him by the nickname they had chosen.
He told his Anchorman co-star Christina Applegate and Jamie-Lynn Sigler’s ‘MeSsy’ podcast: ‘This is a minor thing in terms of – it’s not even trauma – but I remember feeling so embarrassed because my real name is John, John William Ferrell, so the first day of school, I would be John.
‘The teacher would be like John Ferrell? and it was very embarrassing for me to have to say, “Look, but my name is Will, not John.”
He continued: “It was not my choice.”
‘My parents named me John, but they called me Will. I grew up as Will, but according to the rules, my legal name is John Ferrell.

“I don’t know why I found it so embarrassing to have to explain, ‘I’m actually Will.'”
The ‘Barbie’ actor joked: ‘People will probably hear this and say ‘That’s the dumbest thing ever.’
Will opens up about his school days after incorporating a spoof about his former college rivals into ‘Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga’.
The 56-year-old actor studied sports broadcasting at the University of Southern California (USC), but one scene in the film features a small group of Americans wearing Arizona State University (ASU) clothing, which he admitted was a deliberate mockery of “party school.”
Also at the event were Will’s father, Lee Ferrell, and stepmother, Karen Ferrell.
When asked about the scene, he told Screen Rant: “That was a Pac 12 scholarship. It was also a perfect school to have fun at, because at USC we are now graduates of an excellent academic institution.
“When I was there, maybe not so much, but now it’s very hard to get in. ASU? You know, anybody can get in there.”
Will starred in the film as Eurovision contestant Lars Erickssong, while Pierce Brosnan, 71, played his father, Erick.
