Warwick Farm, Sydney: Heartbreaking after six dogs died in a fierce fire at the unit

Six dogs died after the apartment they were in burst into flames.

The fire broke out at a block of flats on Lawrence Hargrave Drive, near Burlison Street in Warwick Farm, in Sydney’s western suburbs, on Tuesday at around 11.30am.

No residents were injured in the raging fire.

Fire and Rescue crews from New South Wales arrived at the scene and extinguished the blaze.

Fire and Rescue NSW and NSW Police are not treating the fire as suspicious.
