This is the terrifying moment a United Airlines passenger made a shocking discovery under her seat during a flight.
The passenger discovered a hole under her chair during the trip after a draft constantly blew over her feet.
She shared the shocking images on social media before complaining to the company about the serious safety risk.
He later claimed that United Airlines offered him a pathetic $50 apology with no further explanation.
The video was shared online by Instagram page Cockpit King with the caption: “You feel a cold breeze on your feet on a United Airlines flight! Then you find a hole in the plane.”
The midfielder claimed his feet were frozen for two hours and the hole looked like it was “covered with silicone.”
The frightened traveler revealed that he spoke to a United Airlines supervisor after the plane landed, but all he did was offer him a $50 flight voucher.
He also claimed the airline was “compromising the safety of its passengers” before stopping the video on September 19.
“Is this the new economy class sunroof option or do we have a real safety problem on our hands?” the video posted on TikTok and Facebook read.
The problem is one of several aircraft issues United Airlines has had this year, including loose bolts and damaged wings.

One wrote: “You wouldn’t be able to breathe if that hole was where you think it was.”
“If there was a hole in the plane, you would bleed from your ears,” another Instagram user said.
At least three believed it was not a hole and insulted King Cockpit’s aviation knowledge.
“It’s obviously not a hole to the outside elements, because if it was, the cabin would depressurize and the pilot would declare an emergency and return to the ground,” one added. DailyMail.com has contacted United Airlines for comment.
