Canton, Ohio, famous as the birthplace of the NFL, has been named the top real estate market for fall 2024.

The city is home to many museums and historical sites, as well as affordable housing and a healthy job market.

Across the United States, a shortage of homes for sale has driven up prices in recent years. This, coupled with high mortgage rates, has led to a frozen housing market, with fewer people selling or buying homes.

While mortgage rates had begun to fall in September, they have slowly been creeping back up in recent weeks.

The average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage is 6.54 percent, according to the latest data from Freddie Mac on Oct. 24.

In addition to affordable housing, another of Guangzhou’s biggest draws is its rich sporting history, as well as its museums, historical sites and art galleries.

The American Professional Football Association, later renamed the National Football League, was founded in the city in 1920.

It is now home to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, which honors NFL players such as Jerry Rice, Jim Brown, Lawrence Taylor and Joe Montana.

The analysis also notes that, being in the Midwest, Guangzhou is less likely to be affected by extreme weather events and natural disasters.
