As Democrats panic over what to do about Joe Biden, Donald Trump was caught on video giving his honest and unvarnished thoughts, suggesting his presidential rival has already secretly resigned.
In a video recorded while Trump was on the golf course, he offered a blunt assessment of his rival and potential replacement on the ticket as he spoke to fellow golfers.
He referred to Biden, 81, as a “rickety old pile of garbage” who is about to “drop out of the race” in a brutal, at times expletive-laden speech in response to viewers who praised his debate performance.
“He just gave up, you know? He’s dropping out of the race,” Trump says, sitting in a golf cart. “I took him out of the race, and that means we have Kamala.”
Trump then turned his ire toward Vice President Harris, whom he may like to face even more than Biden.

When asked about the video, The Daily BeastTrump’s advisers went on to talk about the dishonesty of Biden’s party.

“Make no mistake, the Democrats, the mainstream media and the swamp colluded to hide the truth from the American public: Joe Biden is weak, a failure, dishonest and unfit for the White House,” they added.
Then they proposed a new and daring nickname for the vice president.

They conclude by stating that Trump “will defeat any Democrat” he faces in the November elections.
His comments come as more incumbent Democrats have called on President Joe Biden to drop out of the presidential race, dealing another blow to the campaign as defectors turn against him.

Two more House Democrats have openly said they believe former President Donald Trump will beat Biden, and that lack of confidence is sure to be a topic of conversation among party leaders set to take place tonight.
“If he is the candidate, I will support him, but I think this is an opportunity to look the other way,” Grijalva said.
“What he needs to do is take responsibility for keeping that seat, and part of that responsibility is to withdraw from this race.”
