Former President Donald Trump said Biden “needs to take a cognitive test,” adding that “maybe that way we could find out why he makes such terrible decisions.” The former president reiterated those points in a radio interview Thursday.
‘All presidents, or people who want to be president, should take the test compulsorily!’ Trump also said.
The former president echoed that point during a radio interview Thursday at the Katz’s show on Richmond’s Newsradio WRVA.
“I just looked and yesterday he took his test, but they didn’t give him a cognitive test,” Trump said, noting again that he “passed” both tests.
“What they’re saying is something very unusual, almost unheard of,” Trump said.
“And he should… In fact, I think a president should be forced to take a cognitive test if he wants to know the truth,” the former president added. “But someone said it’s unconstitutional, so it doesn’t matter.”
Cowboy-Pierre said Biden didn’t take a cognitive test because ‘the president takes a cognitive test every day!’
“Every day,” he reiterated. “As you move from topic to topic, you try to understand the granular level of these topics.”
You saw him talk today about… fighting crime. Tomorrow he will go to the border. Next week he will deliver a State of the Union address,” he continued. ‘And so, we have to take that into account. This is very rigorous work. And the president has been able to do this job every day for the last three years.”

Jackson then appeared in the White House briefing room and described Trump as “very smart” and “very articulate,” explaining that he had only given the president the cognitive test because he was asked to.
Trump colorfully described taking the tests during an interview with Fox News in July 2020.
‘They give you 35 questions. The first questions are very easy. The last questions are much more difficult,” he stated.
“As a memory question, I would say, ‘person, woman, man, camera, television,'” Trump said.
—Then they say: could you repeat that? So I said yes. So it’s “person, woman, man, camera, television.” Okay, that’s very good. Yes, and“You get it for extra points,” the then-president added.
