Instagram user Shannon Fong was one of the many Trader Joe’s customers waiting outside to purchase the ‘Tote-ally eye-catching’. mini bags today.
Fong showed off her new bags on Instagram video this morning, along with boxes full of items he also bought at the store.
“They are so cute and match the big ones perfectly,” Fong wrote in the description of her video.
The red and emerald mini insulated bags are two of the many viral Trader Joe’s items that have blown up social media in recent months, and several shoppers have already listed the products on eBay.

Like their other mini insulated bags, the red and emerald Trader Joe’s items are made with a material suitable for keeping food and drinks cold.
“With their vividly green and vermilion hues of sweet apple red and deep emerald green, we found them to be especially great for bringing cold appetizers or salads to a party, picnic, or day at the park,” the product description reads.
The bags are also good for everyday use and will safely transport items from “point A to point B and back”.
Trader Joe’s added that shoppers interested in the mini bags should pick them up when they can, as they are sure to “fly off the shelves.”
The red and emerald mini insulated bags are not available for purchase on Trader Joe’s website, but several resellers list the bags online for under $100.
However, those prices are nothing compared to a set of three Insulated Mini Totes for $149.99 earlier this year.

Before running out of stock, the supermarket chain expected good sales, but not the amount of popular demand it experienced.
“Actually, hundreds of thousands of bags were coming in and out in a week.” Insider Trader Joe’s podcast host Matt Sloan said in an episode earlier this year.
“We had no idea they would be so interesting and so fast for so many customers.”
Chaos returned in September after Trader Joe’s decided to re-release Mini Canvas Tote Bags for a limited time last month.
The bags, which the company said were “ideal for smaller shopping trips,” were expected to sell out at several stores within hours.
Now, several Reddit users I can’t stop talking about the new mini insulated bags and what it was like buying them at your local Trader Joe’s.

Several commenters revealed that there were supposedly no lines at their stores and that they were still stocked with bags.
Others claimed there was a four-bag limit and there were lines around store buildings in California.
‘That’s my TJ. I’ll have to check it out on the way home,” one Reddit user wrote in response to a photo taken at Trader Joe’s in New York.
“I guess no one loves them as much as the mini bag.”
