Queensland Police have issued an urgent Amber Alert for three children who went missing yesterday and who they say could be at significant risk.

The three-year-old girl, five-year-old boy and six-year-old boy went missing from Victor Avenue in Paradise Point at 4pm yesterday.

The children are described as Caucasian, with a thin build and blond hair.

Police say the children were taken in a car, believed to be a blue Hyundai I30 with Queensland registration 205SKW.

The car was last seen leaving Paradise Point in an unknown direction and is believed to be possibly heading towards the Logan area.
