A Texas Roadhouse server in Florida has adopted Tik Tok to complain about the poor tip he received after serving a family of three just minutes before closing time.

The waitress, whose name is Gina, explained how on a $184 order she only received a $2 tip.

The tip is well below the typical 18-20% tip that restaurant servers typically receive, which would have allowed Gina to take home about $37.

“It was a mom, a dad, and a kid, and each of them sat there and had a whole conversation with whoever they were talking to,” Gina explained.

‘My apprentice and I approached the table saying, “Guys, are you ready?” – and they simply ignore us as if we were not in front of them. A blatant lack of respect,” he stated.

Although the trio paid in cash, even that was unusual as the family used $86 bills in their transaction to settle the bill.

Gina did not say which location in Texas. Roadhouse he works at, although there are only six locations in the Sunshine State.

She He continued to express his frustration in the three-minute-long video, noting how it took the family ten minutes to decide, three of which were with the family silently looking at the menu.

‘I gave you bread to take away. I gave you drinks to go. You didn’t get bad service because my trainee and I didn’t tell you we were upset,” Gina revealed pointing out how she has worked in the restaurant industry for 20 years.

Gina said she felt disrespected because the family ignored her and then paid unusually with 86 single-dollar bills.

‘It will never stop infuriating me when it happens. Treating her neighbor that way is simply a blatant lack of respect for her neighbor,” Gina suggested.

‘When you left the restaurant, did you feel okay? Did it feel good doing that?’ she asked, as she became visibly more angry and upset.

In the video, which has received 219,000 views, Gina went even further: ‘People like that have no conscience. They have no goodness in their soul. Whoever you are, you suck! You are absolutely stinky!

“I hope your son doesn’t grow up to be like you, although he probably will be.”

Gina generated a lot of sympathy for the way she was treated online.

“I’ll die on this hill – the harder people push to eat near closing, the ruder they are and don’t tip!!!” waitress Jen wrote in the comments.

‘My favorite is when they pay cash and they tell me to keep the change as a tip with a big smile and it’s like 36 cents. “Nah, hang in there mate, I can’t even pay for a bus ride with this but thanks,” added another.

“I always say that everyone should work in that industry first so they know how to treat people in that industry,” Penny Holsonbake added.
