While celebrities often portray an overtly glamorous life that the public cannot hope to replicate, sometimes the rich and famous show that they are just like us regular people.
Suranne Jones took to her Instagram on Wednesday to share a photo of her switching luxury modes of transportation to ride the tube in London.
But fans were left stunned when the actress, 45, appeared to go completely unnoticed by her fellow passengers on the Piccadilly line.
The photo showed the Vigil star sharing a mischievous smile with the camera while sitting in the train carriage next to two unconscious male travelers.
Suranne bundled up in a black puffer jacket and carried a large bag on her lap, as she showed off her sleek, freshly cut bob.

But Susanne’s followers couldn’t help but be surprised that she had managed to go unnoticed on her trip.
They commented: ‘How come you don’t know you’re sitting next to Suranne Jones? I would have to chat. You can’t miss an opportunity like this!; I would completely pass out.
‘Do people not recognize her? I was on the same subway line several times yesterday…why couldn’t I have sat next to SJ? Damn!!’

While others praised the Gentleman Jack star for utilizing the humble underground, writing: “It’s so nice to see such a big star doing normal things like getting a busy subway, many actors feel like they don’t want to be seen and hide; It’s very nice to see you traveling by public transport like the metro/train.’

Suranne’s secret new project comes after she said she was looking forward to working behind the camera in the future.
While she has many acting credits on screen, from Coronation Street to Scott & Bailey and Doctor Foster, among others, she said she wants to pay more attention to her producing career in the future.
She and her husband, former magazine editor Laurence Akers, run a production company together called TeamAkers Productions Ltd, and their show Maryland will air on ITV this year.
In December, Suranne explained: ‘My husband and I started our production company and we did Maryland and we just made our first documentary. We have just received two orders that will go into production next year.’
Speaking about taking a step back from the spotlight, she gushed: “I love it.” I hope to be able to do projects that I’m not involved in. I can have a couple of teas and relax.
‘It would be nice not to do everything. But I’m very excited about our projects next year.”
