Rapper Azealia Banks thinks Taylor Swift should “sue” Elon Musk for “sexual harassment” after he bizarrely offered to impregnate the superstar earlier this week.
The 53-year-old Tesla founder raised eyebrows when he reacted to Swift’s dramatic endorsement of Kamala Harris for US president, which included a dig at Trump’s vice presidential pick while proudly referring to herself as a “childless cat lady,” on his social media platform X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday.
“Fine Taylor… you win… I’ll bear you a child and guard your cats with my life,” tweeted Musk, who was quickly criticized for the “misogynistic” joke.
And now Banks has waded into the drama by publicly encouraging Swift (who, like Musk, is a billionaire) to “sue him for a lot of money.”
“No this is actual sexual harassment,” the rapper tweeted Thursday. “Taylor should be cocky and sue him for a ton of money and ascend to the level of the richest and most invincible woman in the history of music.”

The 53-year-old Tesla founder raised eyebrows on Tuesday when he reacted to Swift’s dramatic endorsement of Kamala Harris for US president, which included a dig at Trump’s vice presidential pick JD Vance by proudly referring to her as a “childless cat lady,” on his social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
Banks continued her tirade in two follow-up tweets as she marveled at the idea of Swift taking a big chunk of Musk’s $250 billion net worth.
“Shove your ass up a hole sis. Hahaha all the pop girls would be crumbs. I love this,” she wrote.
Banks then brought Kanye West, Swift’s biggest rival, into the mix by speculating that he would “have a heart attack” if Swift managed to defeat Musk.
‘Hahaha, the heart attack Kanye’s gonna have when she’s at her daddy Elon’s ULTRA-UNATTAINABLE levels of WEALTH, bwahahahaha.’
And she concluded: ‘Cheat on them all, sister!’
Swift herself has yet to react to Musk’s tweet and there has been no indication that she plans to take legal action against Musk.
The father of 12’s bizarre pregnancy offer on Wednesday shocked some of his most ardent supporters. Journalist Ian Miles Cheong responded to Musk: “Oh my God.”
Musk’s estranged daughter, Vivian Wilson, 20, called her father’s indecent proposal “appalling incel nonsense” in a post on X-rated site Threads on Wednesday.
She added that Musk’s words were “disgusting, despicable and incredibly sexist” and said her audience “deserves better” if people speak to them like that.
Swift’s endorsement of Harris came moments after she went head-to-head with former President Donald Trump in a heated debate on ABC during which she accused immigrants of eating pets and said Democrats wanted to “execute babies” in the ninth month of pregnancy.
The world had been waiting for Swift to weigh in on the election after endorsing Joe Biden in 2020 and supporting Hillary Clinton in 2016.
And he chose the first meeting between Trump and Harris to make clear that he supported the Democrats and criticized the former president for “falsely” claiming his support with a series of artificial intelligence images.

Swift posted on Instagram: ‘I will be voting for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 presidential election.
‘I will be voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes that I believe need a warrior to defend them.
“I think she’s a talented and steady leader, and I think we can accomplish a lot more in this country if we’re guided by calm, not chaos.”
She accompanied the post with a photo of her tabby cat Benjamin Button and signed it ‘Taylor Swift, childless cat lady’.
Musk’s comments about Swift come after he previously spoke about Earth’s “collapsing birth rate” and boasted about how he’s “always beating the baby drum.”
In 2022, when he had already fathered nine children with three different women, he posted on X that he was “doing everything he can to help solve the underpopulation crisis.”
Republican vice presidential candidate Vance has mocked “childless cat ladies” in the past.
In 2021, he told Fox News that the US was being run by Democrats, corporate oligarchs and “a bunch of childless cat-loving women who are miserable with their own lives and the choices they’ve made and so they want to make the rest of the country miserable, too.”
Trump’s team has since downplayed the endorsement of Swift, saying it is further evidence that the megastar is part of the “Democratic elite.”
“It’s further proof that the Democratic Party, unfortunately, is the party of the wealthy elite,” Trump campaign spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt told DailyMail.com.

Swift’s full message read: “Like many of you, I watched tonight’s debate. If you haven’t already, now is a great time to do your research on the issues at hand and the positions these candidates take on the issues that matter most to you. As a voter, I make sure to watch and read as much as I can about their proposed policies and plans for this country,” Swift wrote.

I was very encouraged and impressed by her choice of running mate @timwalz who has been championing LGBTQ+ rights, IVF, and a woman’s right to her own body for decades.’
“I’ve done my research and I’ve made my decision. The research is all yours and the choice is yours. I also want to say, especially to first-time voters: remember that in order to vote, you must be registered! I also find it much easier to vote early. In my story I’ll give you links to places to register and find dates and information for voting early,” she wrote.
