A tribute to Super Bowl host city Las Vegas will be featured on broadcasts of this year’s big game, as it will also include one of Frank Sinatra’s most popular songs, ‘My Way.’
That’s according to TMZ, which further reports that several tributes to ‘My Way’ will appear ‘prominently’ throughout Sunday’s Super Bowl LVIII broadcast between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers.
‘My Way’ was popularized in 1969 by Sinatra and is set to the music of the French song ‘Comme d’habitude’, composed by Claude Francois, who first sang the classic hit in 1967.
The English lyrics of the song were written by Paul Anka and have no relation to the original French song.
The song was a hit for a variety of artists, including Sinatra, Elvis Presley and Sid Vicious. Sinatra’s version of ‘My Way’ spent 75 weeks in the UK Top 40, fourth of all time.

Sinatra will also be featured in The Strip’s latest high-tech digital attraction, called The Sphere.
However, on Sunday, the song will serve as a moment to toast Las Vegas, a desert city that has always done things differently from other American cities, like legalizing gambling first.
CBS’ Super Bowl broadcast will also show action shots of players from both teams, according to TMZ. That includes Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes, Brock Purdy and Christian McCaffrey.
After that, CBS will show the players’ families, talking about their accomplishments and backgrounds, while a new mix of ‘My Way’ plays in the background. The new mix of ‘My Way’ is believed to include a live performance from an orchestra, with Sinatra signing on at the same time.
What’s more, the world-famous singer will be showcased at Sin City’s newest concert venue on The Strip, called The Sphere.
Usher will also mention ‘My Way’ during his halftime performance, according to TMZ.
