Sunrise presenter Matt Shirvington has downsized and moved from his $12.5 million mansion in Mosman to a smaller home in the same suburb with his family.
The 45-year-old TV star and his wife Jessica, who share daughters Sienna, 16, Winnie, 14, and son Lincoln, were seen carrying boxes and other items to their new property last week.
Several moving trucks were seen parked in front of the five-bedroom house before large pieces of furniture were brought in.
The couple’s new home is 543 m2, more than half the size of their previous property of 1,334 m2.
It has five bedrooms, two bathrooms and offers stunning views of Balmoral and Sydney Heads.

The property features an open plan layout with sliding doors opening to a poolside entertaining area.
There is also a private level garden and lawn, a double lock up garage and an ornamental fireplace.
It is unclear whether Matt and Jessica sold their former Mosman home after putting it on the market for $12.5 million in January.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted for comment.
The seven-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion, overlooking Sirius Cove, failed to find a buyer after remaining on the market in 2022 for 128 days.

Built in 1896, this beautiful Federation-style building is located just 8km from the CBD and features a studio, swimming pool and tennis court.
Full of 19th century charm, the spacious home has been beautifully maintained and features spacious living rooms, including a formal dining room.
Matt and Jessica bought the property in 2017 for $7.5 million after selling another Mosman Federation home in 2016 for $4.15 million.
The television presenter moved some of the family’s personal belongings to their new home.

Most recently, the couple renovated a heritage-listed Tudor-style house, which also features a tennis court and swimming pool, in Killara, on Sydney’s north shore, in just 17 days.
They paid $11.2 million in May 2022, reached a deal in November and quickly resold it for $11.6 million less than three weeks later, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.
The profit from the sale would not have covered the $720,000 stamp duty payable on the property.
During his moving day last week, Matt was seen sweating while carrying several boxes before visiting a local cafe and purchasing sandwiches for himself and his wife.
He swapped his suit for a casual hoodie and a pair of shorts, while Jessica dressed in a white T-shirt and jeans.
Matt first became a household name through his career in athletics.

He is Australia’s third fastest sprinter of all time, having represented the country at the 2000 Sydney Olympics when he was 22 years old.
He took on the role of Sunrise co-host from David ‘Kochie’ Koch last year, but does not earn as much as his predecessor.
Koch earned more than $1.5 million a year for his role on the Channel Seven breakfast show, despite working just four days a week, according to a senior television executive.
“Kochie was a big part of Seven’s overall success, and that’s why he took home around $1.5 million,” they said.

Matt took over the role of Sunrise co-host from David ‘Kochie’ Koch last year, but doesn’t earn as much as his predecessor.
But Matt’s starting salary was much lower, and the former athlete is understood to have signed an initial salary deal of $400,000 a year with the network, subject to an increase come ratings time.
“Shirvo is young, handsome and charismatic, but he is still unproven, so he is paid half of what Kochie earned,” a source told Daily Mail Australia at the time.
The insider said they expect his salary to skyrocket to $750,000 if ratings and audience comments work in his favor.
Matt and his wife Jessica married in 2001 after meeting when they were just 17 years old.
“If it can maintain or even increase ratings, the sky is the limit.”
Meanwhile, Matt’s wife, Jessica, is very successful and is best known as the author of the Embrace series of supernatural romance novels.
She is also general manager of luxury waterfront restaurant Bathers Pavilion in Mosman, on Sydney’s lower north shore.
The couple married in 2001 after meeting when they were just 17 years old.
