Social media has hit out at a couple who have revealed their plans to bring their nine-week-old baby to Pink’s Sydney concert on Saturday.
The ticket holder contacted Accor Stadium and asked if he could bring a diaper bag into the stadium as bag sizes are limited to small bags.
He was then stunned when they initially told him he would have to buy a ticket for the newborn if they were going to take the baby to the concert.
The stadium now appears to have reversed the decision and will allow the baby free entry.
However, social media users have called the couple’s decision to bring the newborn to a high show.
Social media has slammed a couple who have revealed their plans to take their nine-week-old baby to Pink’s Sydney concert on Saturday
‘Why and who takes a nine-month-old boy to a concert? It’s definitely a danger to children,’ one person wrote on X.
‘Is someone bringing a nine-week-old baby to a concert the real scandal?’ another agreed.
“Family Protection needs to talk to that woman,” wrote a third.
One person commented: ‘Why would you take a newborn to a concert to damage their hearing.’
The man told 7NEWS he had approached Accor via Facebook Messenger to ask if he could bring a diaper bag to the stadium when they told him he had to buy a ticket for the baby.

“There is no problem with bringing a diaper bag, but all attendees must have a ticket to enter, regardless of age,” the stadium responded.
The man replied: ‘This is a sold out event and a ticket is required for a nine week old who can’t see or even sit?’
“It is correct and the age policy set for this show by the promoter,” the stadium representative said.
However, the stadium appears to have reversed the decision and even provided the family with closer parking.
