A Bulldogs star and love interest of Channel 9 presenter Danika Mason has reportedly taken a $250,000 pay cut from the sale of his Vaucluse home.
According to realestate.com.au, Liam Knight, 29, was spotted moving out of the Old South Head Road property last weekend, with records revealing the home was sold in May.
The Canterbury star bought the house for $1.625 million just 16 months ago, but the three-bedroom townhouse had been listed for sale for $1,100 a week to rent last August.
Knight, the same report suggests, most recently called the property home.
The property, which has one bathroom and two parking spaces, was listed on March 22 and spent 57 days on the market before being sold.
The property was listed at a guide price of $1.4 million, and realestate.com.au claims Knight lost around $250,000 on the sale.
Earlier this year, the Bulldogs prop was spotted packing on the PDA with Mason, 33, at The Butler restaurant in Sydney’s exclusive Potts Point in February.
An onlooker told Daily Mail Australia at the time that Danika appeared smitten with the footballer and was practically sitting on his lap as she gazed longingly into his eyes.

The property features three bedrooms, one bathroom and outdoor space.
Knight was romantically linked to Channel 9 presenter Danika Mason earlier this year.
They began the evening sitting opposite each other, before Liam walked over to Danika’s side of the table and they snuggled up in full view of onlookers.
‘Her demeanor was that of a relaxed woman enjoying a pre-season fling with a younger specimen; ‘Hers was that of a deer in the headlights,’ the witness said.
The current status of their relationship remains unclear, as the couple unfollowed and then followed each other on Instagram.
Mason is no longer with her ex-fiancé Todd Liubinskas and the couple were set to tie the knot on October 27 at Greystone Estate last year, before the wedding was called off just three weeks before the big day.
The exact reason for the couple’s split is unclear and has become the subject of much speculation among football pundits and the media.
